My login information does not work for the Web Stats (Urchin)
If you are experiencing problems logging into the Urchin Web Stats, please use the RESET password feature inside the Members Area control panel:
1: 'Domain List & Options'
2: Choose 'OPTIONS' beside the domain in question.
3: Choose SUBMIT beside Reset Urchin Password.
This will reset the password and email you the full login information.
