You will first need to login to your Website Control Panel.
Once inside, you will need to:
1: Click on MAILBOXES/USERS
2: Click on ADD USER
There you will be able to add a mailbox.
Please note that under disk quota, you can either limit the disk space the user has for there email OR you can just place 0 for the Disk Quota to NOT have a limit.
